Freshmen Orientation July 27th

 

 

When:

Freshmen Orientation is Friday, July 27th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Breakdown for coming into pick schedules is noted below by last name:

(A-E)-8:30a.m.-10a.m.

(F-L)-10a.m.-12p.m.

(M-Q)-12p.m.-2p.m.

(R-Z)-2p.m.-4p.m.

Where: Cafeteria

Your opportunity to pick up your schedule, get your ID, get a tour from our student leaders, start your athletic enrollment process, fill out your bus pass paperwork, fill out any necessary nurse paperwork, and check out some of our campus organizations!! 

 

 

Monday, August 6th, 2018 is the first day of school. School begins at 8a.m. If you or your child is not able to attend the Freshman Orientation on Friday July 27th, they will need to be on campus no later than 7:15am to pick up their official schedule in the cafeteria, and visit the bookstore for their photo. The first day of school, students will start in their Advisory class.

If you are interested in having your student participate in sports, please come to the parent athletics informational meeting on Thursday, August 9th @ 6pm in the Auditorium. You and your student are invited to meet the coaches for our athletic programs, meet the athletic trainer and the athletic director.

Our annual open house will also be held in August 17th at 5p.m . We encourage all parents to attend. Further information is forthcoming.

The Phoenix Union High School District continues to provide free breakfast and lunch to all of our students throughout the school year.
