Business Management & Administrative Services

This course is designed to prepare students for a career in any business or office environment. Students will acquire necessary skills for today's business world. Students will learn, in a hands-on environment, about various aspects of how businesses operate. This hands-on environment will utilize several different computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Internet Explorer. Written and oral communication will also be emphasized. Business management and business administration content areas will include, but are not limited to, job skills, ethics, office management, marketing, human resources, economics, teamwork, and leadership.
